Dimensions of Consumer Power

Consumer Power aims to act as a bridge between consumers and companies to enable resolution of disputes by engaging lawyers to assist the consumers.


Consumer Power aims to assist the consumers in 4 steps, namely, Social Media Shout-out, Legal Notice, Mediation and Consumer Complaint.

Consumer Power shall also have tie-ups with a range of companies and assist them in resolving their consumer grievances through the aforesaid steps.

Lastly, Consumer Power shall engage lawyers in every district who shall draft pleadings and plead the case in their concerned districts on behalf of Consumer Power.

Step 1: Social Media Shout-out

The first step in providing assistance to consumers will be by of a Social Media Shout-out, wherein social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter will be used to reach out to the public.
